One uCity Square

The fourth project in a portfolio of buildings that Keast & Hood has completed with Wexford Science & Technology and the University City Science Center. One uCity is a new, out of the ground fourteen story, 498,000 SF office/lab/retail building including a below grade, 300 car parking garage that extends beyond the building and supports a landscaped plaza above. The interior will feature flexible open areas, able to accommodate a variety of uses along with four winter gardens.

The building features 15-foot slab to slab clearance with 32,000 SF floor plates. The project received a LEED Silver certification.
