PHILADELPHIA, PA (June 3, 2025) – Keast & Hood is proud to announce the appointment of Becky H. Sell as the firm’s new Associate and Director of Building Envelope. This marks an exciting chapter for the firm as it officially expands its offerings to include a full range of building envelope services. With more than two decades of professional experience in historic preservation, façade consulting, and envelope repair design, Becky is widely recognized for her collaborative approach and technical depth. Her new role will allow Keast & Hood to provide specialized services such as façade ordinance inspections, condition assessments and repair design for façades and roofs, water infiltration investigation and waterproofing design, and comprehensive envelope consulting for both horizontal and vertical building elements.

Becky’s entrepreneurial spirit coupled with her field expertise and technical precision has made her a go-to envelope consultant for architects who seek a hands-on, solutions-oriented partner.
A certified SPRAT rope access technician and co-founder of a façade consulting firm, Becky is known for her direct involvement in the inspection and analysis of complex building systems. Her career demonstrates a consistent track record of delivering design solutions that meet today’s performance expectations while respecting a building’s historic significance and original character.
